Location

Situated in the heart of Cannes, in the region known as the 'Banane', in a quiet street, yet only 50 metres from the beach and the Croisette.  The studio is ideal for shopping in the Rue D'Antibes and Meynadier, the markets and for strolling along the Croisette.  Villa Lutece is within easy reach of all the restaurants and cafés and is only 10 minutes walk away from the Festival Hall and the Port.  The bus station is also a 10 minute walk and the train station 6 minutes with frequent buses and trains to explore either along the coast or inland.  The ferries from the old port of Cannes take you as far as St Tropez and San Remo.  The regular bus service from Nice Airport drops you very close to the studio.
