Available for holiday rentals, short breaks or longer A spacious, light, second floor studio in a quiet modern building with access by stairs and lift.  The entrance hall opens onto a marble floored living area with sliding doors onto the 6ft by 16ft south facing balcony (with awning) which is ideal for sunning and alfresco dining for four.  There is a double 'Clik Clak' sofa bed and a single divan, two chests of drawers and a wardrobe cupboard.  The newly re-furbished American kitchen is well equipped with an integral oven, dishwasher and four hobs. Microwave, fridge and small washing machine etc.  The bathroom has a power shower, w.c. and basin.  The studio sleeps up to 3 people and is ideally located for the beach, shops, markets, the Port and nearby bus and train stations.
